Manufacturer's Warranty The manufacturer's warranty varies from model to model.  Frame warranty ranges from one year to lifetime against defect.  Component warranty is generally one to two years.  Check with our staff for all the details on a particular model.

Custom Sizing to Your Bike A properly fitted bicycle makes riding a comfortable and enjoyable experience.  We take the time to make sure this happens with every bike we sell.  We recommend and encourage test riding several bikes so that you know you have made the best choice.

Cycle Path Saddle Swap Service  Seats are very personal. We can recommend a certain style of saddle based upon your riding needs.  However only you can tell what you are going to be comfortable sitting on.  You may not be able to figure this out immediately, so we allow you to exchange or upgrade to a different saddle until you are happy.  Ask our staff for specific details.

Custom Upgrades and Substitutions At Cycle Path we want to make your new bike fit your needs.  If you don't like the tires, shifters, handle bars, or any other components, then we can change it for you.  Ask our staff for specific details

Free Installation of All Accessories When you get a new bike you may want to deck it out with some useful add-ons. We don't charge for installation of any accessories that you purchase with your new bike at Cycle Path. There is no time limit on this. At any time you buy a computer, bottles, fenders, racks or other bike accessories, you will not be charged for us to put it on. $90 Service Package for Free With every new bike you get two free expert tune-ups.  Similar to a new car, there is a break in period for a new bicycle.  The gears may not shift as crisply or the brakes may not stop as well as they were when new.

Any minor adjustments we will take care of while you wait, but at some time in the first three years you may redeem two free expert tune ups.  The best time to bring the bike in varies upon how much you ride it. Many customers take advantage of the free expert tune-ups just prior to the beginning of the season or before a big ride. In addition to making sure your bike is in tip top shape, we will also clean your bike.
